How It Works

Step 1. A deposit of $300 is required to get started on your design. (This initial investment not only secures your spot in our schedule but also contributes directly to the total cost of your final piece.)

Step 2. We focus on creating a design that aligns with your budgetary constraints. Once the design is completed and you provide your approval, we will promptly deliver an estimated total cost. (1 to 5 business days)

Step 3. Once you approve and confirm the design along with the final cost, we will proceed by collecting a 50% down payment of the total amount. This initial payment secures your order and allows us to start the crafting process. The remaining 50% of the cost will be due upon the delivery of your custom piece.
